About this role

We are looking for a proactive and resilient **Business Development Executive** to spearhead our company’s growth. In this role, you will be the frontline of our expansion, responsible for identifying new business prospects, nurturing strategic partnerships, and converting leads into long\-term clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for building lasting business connections.This Is for an architecture and interior design firm and prospectivd clients will be for residential , educational \& hospitality sectors

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Market Opportunity Identification**: Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis to identify untapped segments and emerging trends.
* **Lead Generation \& Outreach**: Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and targeted email campaigns.
* **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with prospective and existing C\-level stakeholders.
* **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company\-wide revenue goals.
* **Proposal \& Presentation**: Craft and deliver compelling business proposals and pitch decks that articulate our unique value proposition.
* **Negotiation \& Closing**: Lead high\-stakes negotiations and finalize contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
* **Cross\-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
* **Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on pipeline health and market feedback.

**Required Skills \& Qualifications**

* **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* **Experience**: 1–3 years of proven success in business development or B2B sales.
* **Negotiation Mastery**: Strong ability to influence stakeholders and close complex deals.
* **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Pay: ₹12,502\.78 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
