**Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
* Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Present company products/services to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
* Maintain records of sales activities in CRM systems
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity
**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
**Experience:**
* 0–3 years (Entry\-level to mid\-level roles depending on company)
* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
**Preferred Skills (Bonus):**
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales
* Knowledge of digital marketing or industry\-specific tools
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Pay: ₹11,509\.91 \- ₹20,932\.32 per month
