**Role Objective**
To **own the entire digital ecosystem** of Real Estate projects \& events:
* Generate **50\+ qualified leads per day**
* Run **paid ads** (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
* **Design high\-quality creatives** for ads \& organic social
* Manage and grow **social media pages with engagement**
* Build brand presence **while driving conversions**
**Core Responsibilities:**
**1️ Lead Generation (NON\-NEGOTIABLE)**
* Generate **minimum 50 qualified leads per day**
* Platforms:
* **Meta Ads (FB \+ Instagram)** – Core channel
* **Google Ads (Search \+ PMax)**
* **LinkedIn Ads** (Investors, HNIs, Channel Partners)
* Handle:
* Campaign structure
* Creative strategy
* Audience targeting
* Budget optimization
* CPL reduction
* Promote:
* Real Estate projects (Residential / Commercial / Plots)
* **Property Expos, Site Launches, Roadshows**
**2️ Digital Media \& Social Media Management**
* Own **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn** pages end\-to\-end
* Create \& execute **monthly content calendars**
* Drive **engagement, reach, followers, inquiries**
* Plan content for:
* Project launches
* Site visit promotions
* Property expos
* Testimonials
* Offers \& festive campaigns
**3️ Creative Designing (Hands\-on)**
* **Design your own creatives** (NO outsourcing excuses)
* Create:
* Festival wishes (Diwali, Ugadi, Sankranti, etc.)
* Important days (Independence Day, Women’s Day, Environment Day)
* Property launch creatives
* Event promo posters
* Lead ads creatives
* Tools expected:
* **Canva (Advanced)**
* Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
* Strong sense of:
* Branding
* Typography
* Color psychology (Real Estate focused)
**4️ Content \+ Engagement**
* Write captions that **sell \+ engage**
* Handle:
* DMs
* Comments
* Lead redirection to sales team
* Use:
* Reels
* Carousels
* Stories
* Run remarketing using:
* Video views
* Engagement audiences
* Website traffic
**5️ Reporting \& Accountability**
* Daily reporting:
* Leads generated
* CPL
* Engagement metrics
* Weekly insights:
* What worked
* What failed
* Scale plan
