Engineering Trainee

Role Overview

We are hiring Engineering Trainees to join our engineering teams and work on real

production systems under defined supervision and structured processes. This role is

designed for individuals who want a serious start in software engineering and are

comfortable working with responsibility from an early stage.

This is not an internship or learning-only role.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Trainee, you will be expected to:

• Work on assigned development tasks across backend and/or frontend systems
• Implement features and fixes strictly as per provided specifications
• Follow established coding standards, version control, and review processes
• Assist in bug fixing and issue resolution under senior engineer supervision
• Participate in testing, validation, and release preparation activities
• Write clean, readable, and review-ready code
• Maintain basic technical documentation for assigned work
• Address code review feedback accurately and within agreed timelines

• Strong adherence to engineering processes and instructions
• Accuracy, completeness, and ownership of assigned tasks
• Clear communication of blockers or uncertainties
• Willingness to learn through reviews and feedback
• Professional conduct in an onsite, collaborative work environment

Eligibility

• Engineering / Computer Science graduate or equivalent
• Trained fresher or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong fundamentals in programming and software development concepts
• Familiarity with Git or version control is preferred
