About this role
We’re looking for a **curious and performance\-driven Facebook Ads Intern** who wants hands\-on experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns for e\-commerce brands.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to **plan, launch, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns**, analyze performance data, and help improve campaign ROI. If you enjoy working with numbers, testing strategies, and understanding consumer behavior, this internship will give you practical exposure to performance marketing.
What You’ll Work On
* Assist in creating, managing, and scaling **Facebook ad campaigns for e\-commerce brands**
* Support the team in developing **campaign strategies aligned with brand goals**
* Identify and analyze **target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and locations**
* Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as **impressions, CTR, conversions, and CPA**
* Optimize campaigns by adjusting **targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies**
* Support **budget management** to ensure efficient ad spend and improved ROI
* Prepare **performance reports and campaign insights** for clients
* Participate in **client calls** to understand campaign requirements and share updates
* Stay updated on **Facebook Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends**
What We’re Looking For
* Basic understanding of **Facebook Ads and digital advertising fundamentals**
* Strong **analytical mindset** with the ability to interpret campaign data
* Creative thinking to help develop **engaging ad ideas and messaging**
* Familiarity with **Facebook Ads Manager** and campaign structures
* High **attention to detail**, especially when handling budgets, targeting, and campaign setup
* Ability to **adapt quickly and learn in a fast\-paced environment**
