* Location: Pune \- Field Sales
* Duration: Minimum 3 Months
* Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Weekly Off: Monday
* Stipend: Based on interview performance
* Interview Mode \- Face to Face Interview
* Two\-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving licence
Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote real estate projects
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, property events, and referrals
Assist the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners
Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits to clients
Coordinate and assist in property site visits and client meetings
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track competitor activities
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams
Maintain records of leads, site visits, and client interactions in CRM systems
Support the team in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities
Travel within assigned areas for client meetings and follow\-ups

Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
