We are looking for a **Freelance Business Consultant / Lead Generation Partner** who can help us bring in potential clients and IT projects. This is a performance\-based opportunity where you earn on every successful lead or project conversion.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and generate **qualified leads** for IT services (software development, web/app development, digital marketing, etc.)
* Connect with potential clients through networking, LinkedIn, personal contacts, or other channels
* Share project requirements with the Xcrino team
* Coordinate initial discussions (if required) between client and company
* Ensure smooth handover of leads/projects
**Earning Model (Flexible)**
* **Per Lead Basis:** Fixed payout for every qualified lead
* **Per Project Basis:** Attractive commission on successful project closure
* **Long\-Term Collaboration Bonus** (optional, if you want to add later)
**Requirements**
* Experience in **business development, sales, or consulting** (preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong network or ability to generate leads
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Understanding of IT services (basic knowledge is sufficient)
* Self\-motivated and result\-oriented
