Job Title : AI Lead – Agentic AI

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Day 1 Onsite - Hyderabad

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Experience developing AI Chatbots / AI Assistants.
• Experience building MCP Servers and tool-based AI architectures.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and NovaSonic.
• Strong experience working with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Build RAG pipelines and conversational AI platforms.
• Architect AI tool ecosystems using MCP servers.
• Lead and mentor AI engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch).
• Experience with voice AI platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native AI architectures.
