Growth Marketing & AI Ops Intern

Key Responsibilities

* **Next\-Gen Content Creation:** Produce "AI\-ready" content. This isn't just blogging; it’s building structured knowledge modules, llms.txt files, and AEO\-optimized FAQ hubs.
* **Web \& Infrastructure Management:** Take ownership of the website overhaul (WordPress/No\-code). You’ll ensure our digital footprint is semantically marked up for AI crawlers.
* **AI Research \& Prompt Engineering:** Research the latest MarTech tools, test AI agents, and document "Prompt Chains" to automate repeatable agency tasks.
* **LinkedIn \& Social Orchestration:** Manage the Founder’s and the Agency’s LinkedIn presence. Translate complex MarTech concepts into high\-engagement, "scroll\-stopping" insights.
* **Client Operations Support:** Assist in executing growth experiments for our core clients, tracking metrics, and preparing "Predictive Growth" reports.

What You Need to Bring

* **Exceptional Writing:** You can write clear, concise, and persuasive copy. You know the difference between a generic ChatGPT output and high\-quality, human\-edited content.
* **Digital Fluency:** Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow), basic SEO principles, and social media analytics.
* **The AI Toolkit:** You aren't just "aware" of AI; you use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Midjourney daily to 10x your own productivity.
* **High Agency:** You don’t wait for a manual. You see a problem, research a solution on YouTube/Reddit/X, and come back with a proposal.
* **Interest in MarTech:** You find the intersection of data engineering, consumer psychology, and technology fascinating.
