HR Recruiter Intern

**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment activities. This internship provides practical exposure to the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle and is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Screen resumes according to job requirements
* Conduct initial HR screening calls
* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
* Post job openings on various hiring platforms
* Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Support the recruitment team in day\-to\-day hiring activities
**Eligibility Criteria**
* Graduation is mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes preferred
* Comfortable working with MS Excel or Google Sheets
* Interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
**Skills Required**
* Good verbal and written communication
* Strong coordination and follow\-up ability
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment
