**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands\-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations within a fast\-growing organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
* Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Support in employer branding and engagement initiatives
* Conduct initial HR screening calls
**Requirements**
* Diploma or Graduation (Pursuing/Completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
