About this role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage the entire recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and posting job vacancies on job portals and other online recruitment platforms.
• Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates whose skills, qualifications, and experience match the job requirements and organizational needs.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability, explain the job role and responsibilities, and coordinate the next stages of the interview process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and ensure the recruitment process is organized and carried out efficiently.
• Maintain well-structured recruitment records, interview details, and candidate information while supporting onboarding activities and preparing necessary HR documentation.
