Job Title: HR -Intern
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Support on boarding and documentation of new employees
• Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
• Help organise employee engagement activities
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Eligibility Criteria:
• Pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA (HR) or related field
• Freshers are welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred
