Role Description
This is a part-time remote Internship Trainee role at Draft and Code Advocates & Consultants. As an Internship Trainee, you will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys across various practice areas. Your tasks will include analyzing case laws, preparing reports, reviewing contracts, and providing insights under supervision. You will contribute to the successful execution of client projects and uphold the firm’s commitment to ethics and innovation.
Qualifications
◇ Open for the final year law students
◇ Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
◇ Understanding of legal principles in corporate law
◇ Ability to review and analyze contracts
◇ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
◇ Keen attention to details
◇ Familiarity with legal research tools and legal software
◇ Interest in technology, media, or commercial sectors
