Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Management Intern located in Kanayannur. The Management Intern will assist in daily operational tasks, contribute to strategic planning, and support business development initiatives. Responsibilities may include data collection and analysis, project coordination, market research, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the implementation of organizational strategies to enhance performance.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and coordinate team tasks effectively.
• Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research and trend analysis to aid in strategy development.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Proactive and Collaborative Approach: Willingness to learn, adapt, and work well within a team environment.
• Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
