**Qualifications, education, skills, and/or experience**
Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/ M.Tech /M.Sc. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Basic understanding of powder materials, particle behaviour, and mixing principles. Familiarity with material processing equipment is a plus. Interest in process development, scale\-up, and manufacturing engineering. Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Origin, Python – optional). Strong observation, analytical, and documentation skills. Willingness to work in experimental and pilot\-scale environments. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Assist in developing and optimizing material mixing processes for battery electrode components. Support trials on different mixing methods, equipment, and parameters. Study material flow, dispersion, and homogeneity in mixed powders. Help evaluate mixing quality using basic validation and characterization techniques. Collect, analyses, and document experimental process data. Assist in preparing SOPs, process guidelines, and technical reports. Support scale\-up studies and pilot trials.
