Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Engineer based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Performance Engineer will focus on analyzing system performance and executing performance testing strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting load testing, collaborating with software development teams to optimize application performance, and implementing performance engineering practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer to join our team to ensure optimal application performance across cloud and enterprise systems.
🔹 Mandatory Skills • Performance Engineering expertise
• Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB
• Load & Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Dynatrace
• Python scripting for automation and performance analysis
• Cloud & Orchestration: Azure, AKS
• SAP (GUI and Non-GUI) performance testing
🔹 Desired Skills • Hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing strategy
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize large-scale systems
• Familiarity with performance tuning & reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities ✔ Design, implement, and execute performance testing plans
✔ Monitor and analyze system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
✔ Optimize SAP and cloud-based applications for scalability and reliability
✔ Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for performance tuning
✔ Automate test scripts and monitor KPIs using Python & testing tools
