Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, India for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will engage with customers, assist in managing sales pipelines, support sales and marketing strategies, provide customer service, and participate in staff training initiatives. Responsibilities also include learning key aspects of sales management and contributing to the success of the team by developing strategies to grow the business.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Customer Service and relationship-building abilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management to contribute to pipeline building and execution
• Willingness to participate in Training and development activities for professional growth
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus
• Pursuing or having a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
