The role:
This is not a typical internship. You'll be doing real outbound to real US founders from day one.
The shift: 6 PM to 3 AM IST US business hours
The reason: You're talking to founders in the US. That's where the opportunity is.
What you'll do: Monitor online communities where US founders post software requirements daily, engage publicly before reaching out directly, send targeted LinkedIn messages and cold emails to AI/SaaS founders, qualify prospects and book discovery calls, and log everything in our CRM.
What we're looking for: Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with high volume outreach, self-driven and result oriented, genuinely interested in tech and startups, based in Noida/Delhi NCR or willing to commute onsite.
Compensation: Base: ₹20,000/month Incentive: ₹2,500 per qualified meeting booked Top performer potential: ₹25,000-30,000/month
Location: Noida Sector 62 ( onsite )
Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Duration: 6 months with full time opportunity for top performers
