Senior Developer - UI Path
About this role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in UiPath to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end intelligent automation workflows, combining RPA, orchestration, and AI-driven capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Maestro, and Orchestrator
• Build automation processes integrating RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven components
• Configure process orchestration and state management using tools like Maestro or equivalent workflow layers
• Integrate with external systems, including SAP, APIs, and internal services
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps for tasks such as validation, approvals, and exception handling
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate solutions rapidly during the Proof of Concept
• Support testing processes, deployment activities, and readiness for demos
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable scalability and production readiness
Requirements
• 5-9 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Platform, including Studio and Orchestrator
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration concepts such as Maestro or BPMN frameworks
• Expertise in integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding and/or AI Center
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on delivering business outcomes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative Proof of Concept environments
