🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Now Assist implementation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD module
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist (AI capabilities in ServiceNow)
• Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform
✅ Required Skills
• 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)
• Experience in Now Assist implementation / AI-driven workflows
• Knowledge of Agentic workflows & Predictive Intelligence
• Good understanding of monitoring & diagnostics
• Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
