About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation that supports our data-driven initiatives. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly JSON and public datasets, to extract meaningful business insights and communicate findings effectively through technical artifacts such as notebooks, reports, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with data formats like JSON, demonstrate proficiency in Python scripting for data exploration and validation, and have excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into understandable narratives. You will collaborate closely with researchers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure that insights are accurately captured and actionable recommendations are clearly articulated.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.

Strong technical writing skills with a proven ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured content.

Experience working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets.

Proficiency in Python for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis.

Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation.

Understanding of code quality, formatting, and best practices in documentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw logical conclusions and communicate them effectively.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and written deliverables that support research and business objectives.

Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights and respond to key analytical questions.

Explain reasoning, logic, and methodology in notebooks or other suitable formats to ensure reproducibility and clarity.

Work with JSON-based data to ensure outputs are accurate, well-organized, and easily interpretable.

Utilize Python scripting to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to ensure traceability and transparency.

Collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, clarify requirements, and enhance deliverables.

Stay updated on best practices in technical writing, data analysis, and AI-related documentation standards.
